Black holes alter space time and no one knows what actually happens. Anything could be possible with black holes since it breaks the laws of physics Scientist think that you could be transported into another universe, that a person is spaghettified, or you just get consumed and become a part of the black hole. It also depends in what point of view you are witnessing the event. When you are observing someone being pulled into a black hole that person is moving increasingly slower as it reaches the black hole. Soon the person would stop and turn red. A spinning black hole with the same amount of force does not only break the laws of physics but also begins to distort it even more. In turn a black hole could create a worm hole that allows for a type of teleportation through space. Essentially that is what a black hole is and this would be possible because space time is already so corrupted and bent. The black hole also creates a tear in time.
